"A piece that haunts and challenges its audience with questions about identity, authenticity, compassion and the human desire for self-love and peace."- Opera News Created by Laura Kaminsky, Mark Campbell and Kimberly Reed, As One depicts with empathy and humor the journey of a transgender person named Hannah as she achieves self-fulfillment in her life. The 75-minute opera stars Sasha Cooke and Kelly Markgraf, who are married in real life and created the roles of "Hannah after" and "Hannah before" at the 2014 premiere.

Fry Street Quartet
This remarkable quartet – hailed as "a triumph of ensemble playing" by the New York Times – is a multi-faceted ensemble taking chamber music in new directions. Touring music of the masters as well as exciting original works from visionary composers of our time, the Fry Street Quartet has perfected a "blend of technical precision and scorching spontaneity" (The Strad). Since securing the Grand Prize at the Fischoff National Chamber Music Competition, the quartet has reached audiences from Carnegie Hall to London, and Sarajevo to Jerusalem, exploring the medium of the string quartet and its life-affirming potential with "profound understanding...depth of expression, and stunning technical astuteness" (Deseret Morning News). With a discography that includes a wide range of works from Haydn and Beethoven to Stravinsky, Janacek and Rorem, the quartet is known for being "equally at home in the classic repertoire of Mozart and Beethoven or contemporary music." (Palm Beach Daily News) The FSQ's tour repertoire reaches many corners of the musical spectrum, including works of Britten, Schubert, Beethoven and Bartok, as well as programs of American women composers Laura Kaminsky, Amy Beach, Joan Tower and Libby Larsen.

Donizetti’s hilarious comedy about Marie, the army brat who is raised by a troop of soldiers, is full of brilliant music and vivid vocals. A true tomboy, she has fallen in love with Tonio, a handsome lad who must join the regiment in order to win approval from Marie’s many adopted fathers. Presenting another twist to winning Marie’s hand, the Marquise of Birkenfield arrives on the scene with the secret knowledge that Marie is in fact of aristocratic roots and must marry according to her station. Will Tonio rise to the occasion?

Eugene Onegin
The passionate music of Tchaikovsky brings Pushkin’s famous Russian novel to life. Tatyana, a quiet country girl, falls in love with Eugene Onegin, who is visiting with his friend Lensky. Tatyana writes an intense letter of love to him but Onegin spurns her. At a ball in Tatyana’s home, Onegin pursues Olga, Lensky’s betrothed. Lensky challenges Onegin to a duel, and is killed. Years later, Onegin returns to St. Petersburg to attend a ball held by Prince Gremin, who has married Tatyana. Onegin is struck by her beauty and declares his love for her, but this time it is her turn to reject him.
